Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide variety of baked goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, etc., following traditional and modern recipes.
• Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage baking supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and proper storage.
• Adjust oven temperatures and bake times to produce consistent quality results.
• Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings, and fillings to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a baker or relevant role.
• Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, and dough sheeters.
• Understanding of food safety practices.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently.
